Simon Group Residential Development: The Last of Its Kind to be Offered in Brookfield

Simon Group’s new residential development, Weston Highlands, is being touted as one of Brookfield’s last subdivisions of its kind. Fourteen lots will be available for purchase by the end of the summer 2006, according to Scott Simon, president of Simon Group. Five additional lots will be available early 2007.

Located north of Greenfield Avenue and just east of Brookfield Road, the development will offer convenient access to shopping, businesses, and superior schools as well as parks and recreation. Completion of Greenfield Avenue road construction in Fall 2006 will better accommodate the growing needs of the area by expanding the road from a two-lane to a four-lane, complete with sidewalk and retaining walls.  During this construction process, Brookfield Road will extend to meet Greenfield Avenue. Weston Highlands will connect to the Brookfield Road extension and Patti Lane, near St. Luke’s Catholic Church.

Utilizing land that was once a horse pasture, Simon Group has specifically designed Weston Highlands to maintain the look and feel of upscale suburbs, but with the convenient offerings of the prime retail found along Bluemound Road. Weston Highlands features nineteen heavily landscaped, 5/8 acre lots, surrounded by natural stone retaining walls – presenting the feel of privacy, all situated on rolling terrain. The development is accentuated by extensive landscaping throughout.  Lot owners will also be pleased to find their children will have opportunity to attend schools in the Elmbrook School District – one of Wisconsin’s highest ranked school districts.
