Located on the gateway to the Village of Pleasant Prairie and Wisconsin, our vision is to bring an innovative shopping option to a fast growing residential and commercial area.

This site is planned for multi-family construction and located north of South 50, just west of the Interstate and directly east of the Strawberry Creek golfing community presently under construction. Our development will include many elements of the ‘traditional neighborhood design’ and will integrate parks and open space for the residents. Walking trails will connect to nearby shopping opportunities. This planned community is being created in conjunction with Mastercraft Builders.
